I hope your week as been as brilliant as mine! A couple of weeks ago my boyfriend kindly treated me to some Lush products, one of which was this cleanser.
The Ultrabland Facial Cleanser retails at £11.50/100g and I cannot stress how much I adore this. It makes me so happy when I get to share something I love with you.
As the Lush Founders #1 Desert Island Product, this does no end of wonders for the skin. Made with almond oil, rose water, beeswax and honey, this cleanser removes all traces of dirt and makeup, without stripping away your skin’s natural defences. The rosewater calms and soothes, while the almond oil and honey hydrate and protects.
If you haven't used a Lush cleanser before, you smooth it over the face, any dirt will cling to the cream and you can remove it with a warm damp flannel.
For me, having a rare skin tone (one of the many reasons I cant wear foundation) it reduced a lot of redness that can be quite visible having porcelain skin.
I was very apprehensive at first, mostly due to the incredibly greasy/oily formulae of the cleanser, but once massaged into my face I got over that.
Whilst at the counter paying for this, the shop assistant told me she loved this product so much, she wanted to get a tattoo of it. Now I won't go so far to say that I want artwork of this on my body, but I sure do love it!
